Texas Health Benefits provides assistance every Monday-Thursday: 8:30 am to 5 pm, 1200 Circle Dr., Suite 402, Fort Worth.

- The Consumer Health Assistance Program, or CHAP, can help adults with any health insurance issues. CHAP is part of a network of state consumer assistance programs funded by the health reform law.
